We do not add surcharges on general ordinary maintenance. The tenant is our customer, so our maintenance team is quick and fast, including you in all the decisions to ensure the best customer service possible. Tenants enjoy renting a well-maintained home which increases tenants renewing their lease, reducing turnover and all the costs associated with it.
Monthly Owner Statements will reflect vendor expenses. Vendor invoices can be provided upon request at any time.
